Our Story
Every decision we make is shaped by a clear sense of purpose, and our journey has been anything but ordinary. Established in 2025, HomeBase Rehabilitation came to life to provide individualized one-on-one care, in the comfort of your own home.
In most clinics, your therapist is juggling multiple patients at once. With one-on-one care, every minute is focused on you—your movement, your pain, and your progress. That means better treatment, faster results, and a plan that actually fits your body.
We are stepping away from the traditional cookie-cutter “one-size fits all”, and focusing on what matters most, YOU. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values while providing individualized, quality care while transforming our patient’s quality of life

Trigger Point Dry Needling (TPDN): is a therapeutic technique to treat muscle pain and tightness. It involves inserting very thin, solid filiform needles directly into trigger points—tight, sensitive spots in muscles that often cause pain, stiffness, or referred pain elsewhere in the body. It is aimed at myofascial trigger points, which are hyper-irritable spots in skeletal muscle that are associated with a hypersensitive palpable nodule in a taut band.
Graston Technique is a manual therapy method that uses specialized stainless-steel instruments to detect and treat soft tissue restrictions, scar tissue, and fascial adhesions. The tools help identify areas of fibrosis, adhesions, or tight tissue that may be limiting movement or causing pain. By applying controlled pressure and scraping motions, Graston Technique breaks up scar tissue, stimulates healing, and improves tissue mobility.
Manual therapy is a specialized, hands-on treatment approach used to reduce pain, improve joint mobility, and restore normal movement patterns. Our clinicians use targeted techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, and myofascial release to address the root cause of dysfunction—not just the symptoms—helping you move better and recover faster.
Kinesio Taping s a therapeutic technique that uses flexible, elastic tape applied to the skin to support muscles and joints without restricting movement. The tape is designed to mimic skin elasticity, so patients can move normally. The tape is designed to lift the skin to promote blood and lymphatic flow. In addition, it provides neurological feedback to muscle groups for improved movement patterns.
Myofascial Cupping is a modern, movement-based version of traditional cupping therapy that specifically targets the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles—to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance recovery.
